Bridget is a sales director for a software company. She’s traveling to Switzerland with a presentation to pitch to a big prospective client in the morning   Two hands take out a passport and a file for the presentation out of a travel case. Graphics of files also appear.
Bridget’s manager – Ben, the VP of sales – lets her know that there are updates to the pricelist.   The hands take out a phone, with the pricelist represented in graphics
Bridget starts a shared folder on Kiteworks. And invites Ben to share the new pricelist with her.   A shared folder graphic becomes a tablet with the UI.
Then she also invites Laura from marketing to review her presentation slides. Ben adds the new pricelist and an updated case study he thinks might be useful with this client.   We see Bridget invite Laura.

Laura annotates directly on the slide where an update needs to be noted. She also adds a competitive analysis document.   The annotation appears on the tablet screen.
The analysis document loads.
Then after the presentation, Bridget shares the slide deck and case study with the new prospective client so they can share with their extended team.   The presentation is shared with the client and team.
The client is excited about the product and goes ahead with the purchase.   The client sends an email with the order.
Using Kiteworks, Bridget was able to easily share pricing information, a case study, and the presentation slides with the prospective client.   The UI is shown for the pricing, case study, and presentation slides.
And she able to close a lucrative deal quickly in record time.
